MULTIFUNCTIONAL TRAINING/EVENTS/MEETING SPACE

Yorkshire Payments contacted RE-VIVE after a recommendation from our friends and
very first clients, Sleigh & Story. The team at Yorkshire Payments loved the multifunctional space
that we had previously created for networking events and wanted to find out how they could get a
flexible and multifunctional space of their own. Our challenge was creating a system that provided
the same functionality whilst being unique to the Yorkshire Payments brand.

Working closely with James, RE-VIVE quickly realised this was going to be the
showstopper in the office; the concept was to bring the multifunctional element and promote
a flexible way of working. The office doubles as an events space so we knew it was important
to provide a space that was comfortable for employees but could also be used for corporate
events and to promote the Yorkshire Payments brand. The pegboard provided a useful way
for YP to display their product range and the lightbox leaves a lasting impression.

The table system is really simple too: each table top can be stored away on the steel
grid when not in use. The two whiteboards are great for large training sessions and the desk
tops are constructed from an environmentally friendly naturally dyed material to complement
the blue of their brand. The Yorkshire Rose was a really important emblem for our client
so we had one engraved on the back of every chair and in the corner of each desk.

When the space is not in use for training or events, the tables are stored away
on the walls and the room transforms in to a large board room for the core team
in the office. We paired Eames style swivel chairs with an oak frame and white
melamine top board room table to give an executive and timeless feel.
